Do You Need A Web Presence?

If your in business you certainly do need a web presence. With so many people looking for information online these days why would you NOT want to be there for someone to find?

I can’t recall the last time I looked up a phone number in the telephone book. It is just so much easier to go online and get what you need.

Let me give you an example…

A small manufacturing plant with 50 people is looking for a vendor to put in a snack and pop machine. He does an online search for “vending service|my town”. Will you be among the names that show up?

Getting your name to appear ion the first page of Google involves a bit more than just having a web site…but it is the first step.

You can put together your own website, there are lots of site builders online to chose from most of them are free. I use Weebly.

But as I mentioned just because you build it does not mean that “they will come”

Build it yourself or have it done for you, the choice is yours, but you really do need a web presence.
